Situated directly on the shore of the great Masurian lake Jezioro Mikołajskie and only 5 minutes (by foot) from the
innermost center of what poets named "the Pearl of Mazuria", Willa nad Jeziorem allows you to take part in both the summer bustle of the harbor town Mikołajki and the untainted natural experience of the great lakes.

The proximity of the Willa to the Mikolajki - Lake (each apartment has its own terrace or balcony less than 10 meters from the shore!) allows you to really experience what the lake has to offer - go swimming or start your rented boat from
a private jetty just across the way, or just lie back and enjoy the breathtaking views!

A ten minute walk along the shore-line promenade (or three minutes by car) will take you to Mikolajki's Center - here you can stroll around the famous harbors and bridges, and take part in Mikolajki's numerous summer attractions - concerts, shows, restaurants, night clubs, etc.

Apartment size ranges from 2 - 8 people;
each apartment contains a small kitchenette (apartment four also has a dishwasher and an oven), a bathroom with a shower, and in addition to central gas heating, three of the apartments have open fire places.
Satellite TV provides a range of polish, english and german programmes.

Mikolajki is an ideal location for all those who love watersports (sailing, surfing, fishing), outdoor activities (hiking, biking, horse-riding), or simply exploring: amongst the beautiful surrounding lakes you will find the largest wild swan reserve Jezioro Lukajno (5 km south of Mikolajki), the stables where the famous Tarpan-horses are bred, and a wide variety of local flora and fauna. In summer, Mikolajki hosts the internationally Renowned festival of nautical songs called "shanty"
